Our integrated design-and-build model puts design and construction under a single accountable team, so there is no gap between what is drawn and what is delivered. Decisions are made once, buildability is tested early, and the cost and programme are owned end to end. The result is a faster, de-risked route from concept to completion — with one team answerable for the outcome.
In a traditional route, a design is completed by one party, priced by another and built by a third — and every gap between them is the client's risk. Design-and-build closes those gaps: one team is responsible for both the design and the works. Buildability and market cost are tested while the design is still on the drawing board rather than discovered on site; construction can begin before every last detail is frozen; and price certainty arrives earlier, because the people who will build it are the ones pricing it.
When a question arises — and on every project, questions arise — there is one team to answer it, not three parties pointing at each other.
