The short version: the only personal data this site touches is what you type into the enquiry form, we use it only to reply, and we set no cookies at all.

What we collect, and why
The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send through the enquiry form: your name, email address, the type of enquiry, your message, and — optionally — a company name and project location. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to take any steps you ask for before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If your message is not about a prospective project, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not sell or share them, and we collect nothing beyond what the form shows.
How it is processed
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website, acting as our processor, and are delivered to our mailbox. Netlify may process data on infrastructure in the EU and the United States under appropriate safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
Hosting and server logs
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages briefly process technical data such as your IP address in access and security logs. This is done by Netlify as part of operating the site reliably and securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in serving and protecting the website); log data is retained only for a short period and is not used to identify visitors.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact and then deleted, unless the enquiry leads to a project, in which case the related records are kept for as long as the engagement and statutory obligations require.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising technology and no embedded third-party content; fonts are hosted on our own domain. Because nothing non-essential runs, no cookie banner is needed.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info.ektison@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
