Ektison runs projects end to end, coordinating programme, cost, quality, risk and every stakeholder from first drawings to the keys changing hands. We sit between client, designers and the trades, keeping decisions, money and progress aligned at each stage. It is project management with a builder's instinct — drawing on the construction depth of the CC Group, so what is planned on paper is what gets built on site.

In practice that means setting the programme and holding it; procuring and coordinating consultants, contractors and suppliers; controlling cost through budgets, valuations and disciplined change control; and keeping quality inspected and signed off — with the client informed at every gate, not surprised at the end. Risk is surfaced early and given an owner, because a risk noticed in week two costs a conversation, and the same risk discovered in month twelve costs a claim.

The platform connects live site cameras, drone shots, and 360° ground scans to record your build in real time. It automatically overlays your 3D building designs (BIM) onto live photos to spot construction mistakes and track daily progress automatically.
